To continue in our pursuit to operate a sustainable business, we will always use Royal Mail to deliver your parcel. They have the lowest reported carbon footprint per delivery, the largest fleet of electric vans and collect and deliver two thirds of their parcels on foot.

Our standard choice is Tracked 48 with an estimated delivery time of 2 to 3 days. This service has end to end tracking and compensation.

If you need it faster, please send us a message to discuss other Royal Mail options.

If there is a problem with your order, please give us a call. If it arrives damaged or becomes faulty within 28 days, we will pay for the return postage so we can fix your item and get it back to you. Thereafter, we will repair for free for 3 months, but the buyer will pay postage costs.
